About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Web Operations Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our digital assets, ensuring accurate and efficient content delivery across multiple websites.

As a Web Operations Specialist, you will play a critical role in our company's success by contributing to all aspects of digital marketing endeavors, from briefing creation to implementation, reporting, and monitoring.

You will manage, maintain, and update our company's digital assets using WordPress content management system (CMS) to ensure seamless content delivery. Additionally, you will be responsible for SEO maintenance and reporting, email, viber/sms marketing, online ticket platform management, and creating online marketing surveys via 3rd party platforms.

As a collaborative and team-oriented individual with excellent interpersonal skills, you will work effectively with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and external partners to achieve our goals.

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Digital Marketing, or related field">
  • 2-4 years of hands-on experience in a digital marketing department or agency">
  • Excellent knowledge of WordPress CMS, email marketing platforms, and social media channels such as Facebook/Instagram/LinkedIn/YouTube">
  • Good knowledge of MS Office suite, Google Analytics/Meta/LinkedIn insights, and KPI reporting">
  • Proficiency in English (written and verbal communication skills)">
