About the RoleThis exciting opportunity involves providing exceptional customer service to Flemish-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat, addressing inquiries related to digital marketing and SEO solutions. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for assisting clients with understanding our services and how they can benefit their business.
- Provide top-notch customer support through various communication channels.
- Assist clients in navigating our services and identifying areas where we can help them grow.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong customer-oriented mindset, and experience in customer service, preferably in the digital marketing or technology sector. Key responsibilities include:
- Handling customer inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
- Collaborating with internal teams to provide clients with tailored solutions.
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends, digital marketing strategies, and company offerings.
- Documenting customer interactions to ensure follow-up and service improvement.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Fluency in Flemish and English, with additional languages being a plus.
- Experience in customer service, preferably in the digital marketing or technology sector.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to understand and discuss digital marketing concepts, including SEO.
- Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office applications.
