Customer Service Representative for Digital Marketing

Patrique Mercier Recruitment is pleased to present an exceptional opportunity for a skilled customer service representative to join our digital marketing team.

This role involves delivering top-notch customer support to clients in Nordic languages, addressing their inquiries related to digital marketing and SEO solutions. You will play a crucial part in providing expert assistance to customers, ensuring their online success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver outstanding customer service in Nordic languages, addressing client inquiries related to digital marketing and SEO solutions.
  • Assist customers in understanding services, aligning solutions with their business needs, and troubleshooting any issues.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, ensuring all communications are documented in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing and SEO teams to ensure customer satisfaction and seamless service delivery.
  • Keep up-to-date with industry trends and product offerings to provide informed support to customers.
  • Engage proactively with clients, following up on inquiries and ensuring their needs are met effectively.
  • Participate in ongoing training to enhance your knowledge of digital marketing practices and solutions.

Requirements:

  • Fluency in one or more Nordic languages (Swedish, Danish, Norwegian, Finnish) and strong English communication skills, both written and spoken.
  • Previous experience in customer service, particularly in digital marketing or SEO, is highly advantageous.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities to effectively engage with customers.
  • Able to multitask and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills for managing customer records accurately.
  • A keen interest in digital marketing trends and a willingness to learn about the latest SEO strategies.
