We are looking for a customer service representative who is passionate about digital marketing and providing top-notch support to Portuguese-speaking clients. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide personalized customer support to Portuguese-speaking clients, addressing their inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist customers with queries related to digital marketing solutions, SEO services, and account management, ensuring that they receive accurate and helpful information.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address specific customer needs and improve service delivery, fostering strong relationships with clients and colleagues alike.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest digital marketing trends and company offerings, leveraging this knowledge to effectively assist clients and drive business growth.
- Fluency in Portuguese and English, both written and spoken.
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a digital marketing or tech-related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse client groups.
- Strong problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to customer support and a keen interest in digital marketing.
- Proficient in using customer service software and Microsoft Office applications.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills, able to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
