Key Responsibilities- Deliver outstanding customer service in Italian, addressing inquiries about digital marketing effectively.
- Support clients with account-related questions, service issues, and technical support, ensuring a seamless experience.
- Maintain comprehensive records of all customer interactions within the CRM system.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to provide clients with relevant information and updates regarding their services.
- Stay current with industry trends, product offerings, and service enhancements to better assist customers.
- Proactively engage with clients to ensure satisfaction and explore opportunities for upselling additional services.
- Participate in ongoing training to enhance your knowledge of digital marketing best practices.
Requirements
- Fluency in Italian and strong verbal and written communication skills in English are required.
- Experience in customer service, especially in digital marketing or related fields, is highly desirable.
- Strong problem-solving skills with an ability to think critically and resolve customer issues efficiently.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, capable of building rapport with customers and colleagues.
