Senior Digital Marketing Customer Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced customer service professional to join our team. In this role, you will provide exceptional support to clients, assisting them with inquiries related to digital marketing and SEO solutions.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Responding to client inquiries in a timely and efficient manner.
- Providing detailed information and support regarding products and services.
- Resolving client issues efficiently, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
- Maintaining clear and detailed documentation of customer interactions.
- Fluency in French (both written and spoken) is required.
- A strong interest in digital marketing and SEO practices.
- Previous experience in customer service is a plus but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
