We are seeking a talented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative for Digital Marketing. In this role, you will have the opportunity to assist clients in Hebrew, providing support and guidance on digital marketing and SEO solutions.
Your primary responsibility will be to communicate with clients in Hebrew to address inquiries and provide assistance regarding digital marketing and SEO solutions.
Responsibilities- Assist clients in Hebrew to resolve issues promptly and effectively
- Document customer interactions accurately to facilitate follow-up and service improvement
- Collaborate with team members to optimize customer service processes and outcomes
- Native language and nationality clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter
- Fluency in Hebrew (both written and spoken) required
- Passion for customer service and commitment to providing exceptional support
- Experience in customer service, digital marketing, or SEO advantageous
