We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled German Speaking Customer Service Representative to join our Digital Marketing team.
As a German Speaking Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients in the German market.
- Provide outstanding customer support via phone, email, and chat.
- Assist clients in understanding digital marketing services and how they can benefit their businesses.
- Handle technical questions, provide solutions, and guide clients through implementing SEO strategies.
- Manage client accounts to ensure effective and efficient service delivery.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to gather feedback and insights from clients to enhance service offerings.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and company offerings to provide accurate information to clients.
- Document all customer interactions and feedback for continuous improvement in service quality.
- Fluency in German and English (written and spoken).
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in digital marketing or technology-driven environments.
- Strong communication skills and customer-centric approach.
- Problem-solving capabilities and proactive attitude towards client issues.
- Familiarity with digital marketing concepts and SEO practices is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office applications.
