Deliver cutting-edge Customer Relationship Management (CRM) solutions that drive business growth and enhance user experience.
As a CRM Solutions Consultant, you'll play a key role in designing and delivering tailored solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365.
Your Mission:
- Client Interaction & Requirement Analysis: Collaborate with clients to gather requirements and understand their business needs.
- Configuration & Customization: Design and configure Dynamics 365 solutions to meet client specifications and enhance user experience.
- Project Lifecycle Management: Guide clients through the implementation process from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes.
- System Testing & Troubleshooting: Perform testing to ensure solutions meet expectations and resolve any issues during implementation.
- Training & Support: Provide client training and ongoing support to ensure smooth use of Dynamics 365.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with Dynamics 365 features and recommend improvements to keep client solutions efficient and current.
What You Offer:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, economics, business administration or another related field.
- 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM (Sales, Customer Service, or other modules).
- Strong configuration and customization skills in Dynamics 365, with the ability to implement and optimize CRM solutions.
- Proven experience in gathering client requirements and translating them into effective CRM solutions.
- Solid understanding of CRM processes and workflows, with the ability to analyze and improve business operations.
- Excellent communication skills, able to collaborate with clients and internal teams, and explain technical concepts clearly.
