Responsibilities:

• Contact advertisers from provided leads to promote and sell our free service offerings
• Analyze customer accounts and websites to identify areas for improvement and optimization and recommend feature enhancements based on client business objectives
• Client retention and reactivation by developing customized marketing strategies
• Conduct personalized onboarding and optimization consultations to enhance performance, revenue, customer loyalty, and satisfaction
• Manage inbound email and telephone inquiries, primarily from advertisers' requesting consultations

To be successful in this role, you will need to have the following skills and qualifications:

• English language fluency (written and spoken)
• Working experience in a digital marketing or media agency, with proven track record in search engine marketing (SEM), PPC, campaigns management, paid media sales
• Experience in B2B sales, account management, or client service roles, with proven track record in nurturing trusted relationships with client/agency decision makers
• Proficiency in SEM tool/PPC, and other digital marketing formats like native and display, with a working knowledge of online advertising principles
• Exceptional communication and relationship management abilities
• Proven sales skills with the ability to persuade, overcome objections, and deliver compelling pitches
• Experience working with decision-makers in small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) is a plus
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple stakeholders with differing priorities, projects and deadlines
• Strong analytical skills and familiarity with data-driven campaign optimization
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including the ability to analyze data and create reports to support campaign optimization
