The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring accurate, visually appealing, and timely product listings. This involves close collaboration with content, photography, and buying teams to create an engaging digital storefront.

• Product Content Management: Write product descriptions, edit product photos, and ensure consistency, clarity, and appeal across all product pages.\
• Product Upload: Upload new products to the e-commerce platform according to business priorities, ensuring accurate categorization, tagging, and visibility.\
• Content Collection and Verification: Gather and verify product information and high-quality images from internal teams or external sources for accurate listings.\
• Communication and Collaboration: Manage communication with freelance photographers, editors, and other collaborators to ensure timely delivery and receipt of content assets.\
• Product Listings and Photoshoots: Ensure all uploads are scheduled appropriately, verify that product listings are live, complete, and functioning correctly, and coordinate product photoshoots to capture required items on time and aligned with the content calendar.\
• Timeline Management: Organize the upload timeline in collaboration with marketing and merchandising teams and prepare and distribute assets to freelancers when necessary.\
• Sample and Product Management: Ensure all required samples, products, and content materials are received on time for production and upload processes.\
• Accuracy and Quality Control: Double-check uploaded content for accuracy, completeness, and alignment with launch schedules to ensure a seamless customer experience.\
• Skillset and Qualifications: A bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field, at least two years of hands-on experience in e-commerce operations, preferably within the fashion industry, solid understanding of digital commerce, online customer experience, and omnichannel retail, proficiency in content management systems (CMS), e-commerce platforms, and spreadsheet tools, advanced MS Office skills, especially Excel, with the ability to analyze and interpret data effectively, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, keen ability to identify performance gaps and improvement areas, excellent command of English (both written and verbal), high attention to detail and a strong visual/aesthetic sensibility, genuine passion for fashion and digital commerce trends, and a team-oriented mindset with a proactive, enthusiastic, and positive attitude.\
