E-commerce Operations Manager

We are seeking a seasoned E-commerce Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our e-shop focused on menstrual care and wellness products.

This role is based in Athens city center, requiring an on-site presence Monday to Friday, 9:30 - 17:30.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage end-to-end operations of the e-shop, ensuring seamless customer experience and efficient order fulfillment.
  • Liaise with manufacturers and suppliers to maintain optimal inventory levels and warehouse organization.
  • Coordinate with courier and logistics providers to ensure timely delivery of orders.
  • Communicate with external partners, including lawyers and accountants, to ensure compliance with product regulations and company policies.
  • Supervise packaging, labeling, and storage procedures to maintain high-quality standards.
  • Monitor product restocking and handle purchase orders to prevent stockouts and overstocking.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to develop promotions and campaigns that drive sales and revenue growth.
  • Suggest improvements for customer experience and operations to enhance overall efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience in e-commerce operations, preferably in the wellness or FMCG sector.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills, with fluency in Greek and English.
  • A hands-on attitude and problem-solving mindset, with ability to adapt to changing circumstances.

Location:

The ideal candidate will be based in Athens and required to work on-site, with no remote work option available.
