Our organization is seeking a talented Turkish-speaking professional to join our team as a Flight Ambassador. This role requires excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in order to provide top-notch customer service to passengers. Key Responsibilities:
• Respond to customer inquiries via multiple channels
• Enter customer information into our system to issue tickets or update records
• Explain rules and procedures to passengers prior to boarding flights
• Process refunds for lost or damaged tickets or reservation errors
• Explain applicable fees and taxes for each ticket

In addition to these responsibilities, we are looking for individuals with a high level of fluency in Turkish, strong communication skills in English, and experience working in the hospitality/travel/airline industry.
