We are seeking a skilled Administrative Professional to join our team.
Job DescriptionThe successful candidate will be responsible for managing phone calls, directing them to the appropriate departments and reception duties. Additionally, they will assist with data entry, administrative tasks, and organizing company business trips.
This role requires excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills. Experience as an administrative secretary or receptionist is considered an additional qualification.
- Manage phone calls and direct them to the appropriate departments.
- Reception and guidance of visitors and customers.
- Management of daily mail.
- Cooperation with courier services for sending and receiving documents and parcels.
- Help with data entry and various administrative tasks.
- Organize and manage company's business trips
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A minimum of 2 years' working experience.
- Excellent verbal and written English language skills.
- Excellent computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Good organizational and efficient time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Loyalty and integrity.
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure.
