Job Description:
  • Manage phone calls and direct them to the appropriate departments.
  • Provide exceptional reception and guidance of visitors and customers.
  • Efficiently manage daily mail and correspondence.
  • Collaborate with courier services for sending and receiving documents and parcels.
  • Assist with data entry and various administrative tasks.
  • Organize and manage business trips and travel arrangements.
Requirements:
  • Administrative experience or previous work as a Secretary/Receptionist will be considered an additional qualification.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum 2 years of working experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written English language skills.
  • Good computer literacy and MS Office skills.
  • Effective organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work well under pressure.
