Responsibilities
  • Manage and oversee the entire after-sales process to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve service quality and customer experience.
  • Lead and train a dedicated after-sales team to provide exceptional support.
  • Address customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner.
  • Monitor and analyze after-sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with sales and product development teams to provide feedback and address customer needs.
  • Maintain and update customer records and feedback for continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.Experience in customer service and support operations.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Problem solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Fluency in English
  • 3-5 years experience in after sales management
  • Must be located in commutable distance to Koropi Attiki.

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment.

Preferred qualifications
