Financial Administrator

We are seeking an Assistant Accountant to support our finance team in managing daily accounting tasks and ensuring the accuracy of our financial operations.

The Assistant Accountant will be responsible for recording day-to-day financial transactions, issuing sales invoices to customers, and preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.

In addition, the role will involve reconciling bank statements, monitoring company bank accounts, and maintaining accurate records for all financial documents.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in a similar accounting role (preferred).
• Knowledge of basic accounting principles and financial regulations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks, Xero).
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities:

1. Record day-to-day financial transactions in the accounting system.
2. Issue sales invoices to customers on time.
3. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
4. Reconcile bank statements and monitor company bank accounts.
5. Maintain accurate records for all financial documents.
6. Support with tax filings (VAT, income tax, etc.).
7. Process supplier invoices and manage vendor payments.
8. Monitor outstanding customer balances and follow up on overdue payments.
