Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Project Coordinator to lead our EU funded R&D projects. As a key member of our team, you will oversee the entire project lifecycle from initiation to closure, ensuring adherence to scope, quality standards and project milestones.

You will collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders, including government bodies, European Commission officers, defense contractors, research institutions, and other consortium members across different European countries.

  • Coordinate internal resources and consortium partners to ensure effective communication and alignment of goals.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive project plan to track progress.
  • Perform project risk and issue management.
  • Track project expenditures and ensure compliance with applicable financial guidelines.
  • Manage project documentation.
  • Prepare and submit periodic reports (financial, technical and administrative) internally and to the contracting agencies.
  • Ensure that Intellectual Property (IP) rights and export control regulations are followed.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A university degree in a relevant technical area (Engineering or equivalent).
  • A master's degree in a relevant management or technical area.
  • At least three years of proven experience in a management role (e.g. Project/Technical Manager, WP/Task leader) or project coordination of EU funded programs (e.g. H2020, EDF).
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office.
  • Excellent command of English language.
  • Availability to travel abroad.
