We are seeking a skilled Customer Support Professional to join our dynamic team.

As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch service and support to our clients. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a leading organization and contribute to the success of our business.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

  • Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat

  • Provide accurate product and order information

  • Resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner

  • Document customer interactions in internal systems

  • Maintain a positive and professional attitude towards customers

Requirements

  • Fluent English (C2 level) both spoken and written

  • EU citizenship or valid residence permit with Full Market Access

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Previous experience in customer service is a plus

  • Flexibility to work on a rotating shift schedule, including nights and weekends

  • Willingness and availability to work onsite in Athens
