Vehicle Service Representative

Your key responsibilities will involve ensuring smooth and timely repair & maintenance of customer vehicles, coordinating service appointments, consulting with customers to understand technical issues, overseeing the repair process, managing warranty submissions and claims effectively, identifying customer needs and offering tailored workshop services and solutions, and coordinating incoming calls for our service line.

Qualifications:

· Technical school diploma required; bachelor's degree in business administration or engineering is a plus.
· 3+ years of experience in a similar role; commercial insight into the automotive market will be an advantage.
· Proficient in MS Office.
· Fluent in English; German knowledge is a plus.
