Back Office Sales Support Professional

About this role:

Our organization is seeking a highly skilled and dynamic individual to join our Back Office Sales Support Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support, creating new sales opportunities, and ensuring smooth execution of order and quotation processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries, provide product information, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Quotation Management: Prepare and send quotations to customers according to their requirements, ensuring accurate and competitive pricing.
  • Order Fulfillment: Manage orders from receipt to completion, updating systems as necessary to ensure seamless processing.
  • Process Monitoring & Reporting: Oversee the execution of order and quotation processes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions to optimize efficiency.
  • Support Domestic and Export Sales Teams: Collaborate with sales teams to identify new business opportunities, develop relationships with existing customers, and explore emerging markets.
  • Transportation Coordination: Arrange for transportation of goods, negotiating costs and schedules to meet customer needs.

Required Qualifications:

  • Administration or Marketing Degree (or related field) from a recognized institution.
  • Basic technical understanding of architectural products and services.
  • Fluent written and spoken proficiency in English, Greek, and German/Spanish.
  • Experience in sales administration, preferably in an architectural glass industry setting.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), ERP, CRM, and other tools for order management.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to travel within Greece and abroad to support Sales Developers.
