Order Coordinator

As a vital member of our logistics team, the Order Coordinator plays a pivotal role in ensuring seamless order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process incoming spare parts orders from clients and internal departments with accuracy and efficiency
• Verify part numbers, check availability, and prepare accurate quotations to meet customer needs
• Coordinate with manufacturers and our internal inventory system to guarantee efficient order fulfillment
• Monitor order status and proactively communicate delays or backorders to customers, maintaining transparency and trust
• Liaise with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely dispatch and delivery, meeting deadlines and exceeding expectations
• Maintain accurate records of orders, customer interactions, and inventory movement, providing valuable insights for business growth
• Assist in forecasting parts demand and contribute to inventory planning, driving strategic decision-making
• Uphold customer service standards and represent the company professionally in all communications, building strong relationships and loyalty

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in spare parts coordination, logistics, or order handling roles—preferably in the heavy equipment, automotive, or engine distribution industry
• Familiarity with internal combustion engine components is strongly preferred, demonstrating expertise and passion for the field
• Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Pylon, or similar) and MS Office Suite, showcasing technical skills and adaptability
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, ensuring precision and quality in daily tasks
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities, navigating complex situations and building strong relationships
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, collaborating with colleagues and driving results
• Excellent command of English language, facilitating clear and effective communication
