Procurement Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Procurement Specialist to join our team.

• Key Responsibilities:

1. Prepare and issue bid requests to vendors and suppliers.
2. Evaluate approved suppliers and negotiate price, delivery, and quality of products.
3. Sourcing new products and alternative suppliers.
4. Negotiate with suppliers regarding damage claims, rejections, losses, return of materials, over-shipments, cancellations etc.
5. Identify and recommend opportunities that bring innovation, cost efficiencies, and optimize service and quality.
6. Solve problems regarding orders in an efficient and timely manner.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Purchasing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of proven working experience in Procurement or Supply Chain.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills both in English and Greek.
• Excellent use of MS Office, especially Excel.
