Responsibilities- Provide Excellent Customer Support: Deliver professional and efficient service to German-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat, resolving issues and providing solutions in a timely manner.
- Assist Clients with Banking Inquiries: Assist customers with inquiries related to banking products, services, and account management, ensuring seamless communication and issue resolution.
- Document Customer Interactions: Accurately document customer interactions and feedback in the CRM system, providing valuable insights for continuous improvement.

Requirements
- Language Skills: Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
- Communication Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients and colleagues.
- Customer Service Experience: Previous experience in customer service, particularly in the banking or financial sector, is an advantage.
