Responsibilities
  • Provide Excellent Customer Support: Deliver professional and efficient service to German-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat, resolving issues and providing solutions in a timely manner.
  • Assist Clients with Banking Inquiries: Assist customers with inquiries related to banking products, services, and account management, ensuring seamless communication and issue resolution.
  • Document Customer Interactions: Accurately document customer interactions and feedback in the CRM system, providing valuable insights for continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with Teams: Work collaboratively with various departments to ensure customer satisfaction is met, fostering a positive and supportive team environment.
  • Stay Up-to-Date: Engage in continuous training to remain knowledgeable about banking products and services, staying ahead of industry trends and best practices.

Requirements

  • Language Skills: Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients and colleagues.
  • Customer Service Experience: Previous experience in customer service, particularly in the banking or financial sector, is an advantage.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with the ability to navigate complex issues and provide effective solutions.
  • Teamwork: Team-oriented with a positive attitude toward customer service, willing to collaborate and contribute to a dynamic team environment.
