We are seeking a skilled Customer Support Representative to provide top-notch service to German-speaking clients regarding mobile banking services. Job Description:
- Provide customer support through phone, email, and chat.

- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow up on outstanding issues as needed.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address complex inquiries and improve service quality.
- Educate customers on banking products, features, and security protocols to enhance user experience.
Requirements:
- Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
- Previous experience in customer support or service, preferably in the banking or financial services industry.
