Position Overview:

As an On-Site Finnish-Speaking Customer Advisor, you'll be the face of our company, assisting Finnish-speaking customers with their travel needs. This on-site role in Athens allows you to soak in the city's vibrant life while contributing to our mission of delivering exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Assistance: Provide on-site support to Finnish-speaking customers, addressing inquiries, booking requests, and travel-related concerns.
  • Communication: Employ your fluent Finnish language skills for effective, in-person communication, ensuring clarity and understanding.
  • Issue Resolution: Resolve customer issues promptly, aiming to exceed expectations and enhance their overall experience.
  • Product Knowledge: Acquire a strong understanding of our travel products and services, offering accurate information and recommendations.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with colleagues and other teams to ensure seamless customer service and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Fluency in Finnish (written and spoken): Showcase your proficiency in Finnish, ensuring effective communication with customers.
  • Adaptability to On-Site Work: Demonstrate your ability to excel in an on-site work setting, emphasizing your commitment to providing outstanding service in person.
  • Customer Service Experience (Beneficial but Not Mandatory): While previous customer service experience is advantageous, it is not mandatory and won't hinder your success in this role.

Compensation Package:
