We are seeking a highly skilled Travel Industry Liaison to join our team at Cross Border Talents in Athens. As a key member of our customer service team, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our Czech-speaking customers have a seamless and enjoyable travel experience.

Job Summary: We are looking for a professional with excellent communication skills and fluency in Czech to provide on-site support to our customers. The ideal candidate will be able to resolve customer concerns promptly, exceed expectations, and enhance the overall customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Assistance: Provide on-site support to Czech-speaking customers, addressing inquiries, booking requests, and travel-related concerns.
  • Communication: Utilize your fluent Czech language skills for effective, in-person communication, ensuring clarity and understanding.
  • Issue Resolution: Resolve customer concerns promptly, aiming to exceed expectations and enhance their overall experience.
  • Product Knowledge: Acquire a robust understanding of our travel products and services, offering accurate information and recommendations.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with colleagues and other teams to ensure seamless customer service and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Fluency in Czech (both written and spoken): Showcase your proficiency in Czech, ensuring effective communication with customers.
  • Adaptability to On-Site Work: Demonstrate your ability to excel in an on-site work setting, emphasizing your commitment to providing outstanding service in person.
  • Customer Service Experience (Beneficial but Not Mandatory): While previous customer service experience is advantageous, it is not mandatory and won't hinder your success in this role.
