Job Description

As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional guest service and exceeding customer expectations in all aspects of the job.

Our ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be proactive, and demonstrate a strong commitment to teamwork and quality standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • University degree in Hospitality or related field
  • Working knowledge of Micros software
  • At least 3-4 years of experience in a similar position within the hospitality industry, preferably in an international luxury environment
  • WSET Level 1 or 2 certification in Wines would be an asset
  • HACCP or EFET certification will be considered an asset
  • Excellent command of English language certified at Proficiency level, additional languages an asset
  • Strong people management skills, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail
  • EU National or Resident of Greece
