Hotel Steward Position

We are seeking an exceptional individual to fill the role of a Hotel Steward. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing outstanding service to our guests and maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness in our hotel.

About the Role

The Hotel Steward is a key member of our team, responsible for ensuring that all guests have a memorable and enjoyable experience during their stay with us. This involves providing assistance with guest requests, cleaning and maintaining dishes, cutlery, glassware, and other utensils, as well as supporting our kitchen operations by adhering to ISO 22000 and HACCP protocols.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional guest service, responding promptly and efficiently to guest requests
  • Clean and maintain dishes, cutlery, glassware, and other utensils to the highest standards
  • Support kitchen operations by adhering to ISO 22000 and HACCP protocols
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar position within the hospitality sector, preferably in an international luxury environment
  • A good command of Greek and/or English
  • Strong people and project management skills
  • Problem-solving skills, with a 'can-do' attitude
  • Organizing and coordination abilities
  • Analytical and attention-to-detail approach
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills, integrity, and commitment
  • EU national or resident of Greece
