We are currently seeking a Nordic Speaking Customer Support Representative for our Luxury & High-End Brand Retail Department. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about luxury brands and committed to providing top-tier customer service in a retail environment.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional customer support to Nordic-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat, focusing on luxury and high-end retail products.
  • Assist customers with inquiries related to product availability, order placements, and return policies.
  • Handle customer complaints and feedback with empathy and professionalism to ensure a luxurious shopping experience.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow up on unresolved issues promptly.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to promote new collections and exclusive offers to clients.
  • Stay informed about luxury market trends and products to offer informed assistance and product recommendations.
  • Gather customer insights to enhance service quality and contribute to brand loyalty.

Requirements

  • Fluency in one of the Nordic languages (Danish, Finnish, Norwegian, or Swedish) and English, both written and spoken.
  • Experience in customer service, preferably within luxury retail or high-end brands.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills focused on client relations.
  • A deep understanding of luxury branding and the importance of customer experience.
  • Proficient in using customer support tools and standard office applications.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks with attention to detail.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays when required.
