Hotel Room Attendant

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hotel Room Attendant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the exceptional Guest Service that our Hotels are renowned for.

The role will involve preparing Rooms for Hotel Guest Stay, adhering to all Housekeeping policies and procedures. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering outstanding customer service and has a keen eye for detail.

  • Preparation of Rooms for Hotel Guest Stay, including cleaning and replenishing linens, towels and amenities
  • Ensuring all rooms meet high standards of cleanliness and presentation
  • Providing excellent Guest Service and responding to Guest requests in a timely and professional manner

Key Requirements:

  • At least 3-4 years of working experience in a similar position in the hospitality sector, preferably in an international, luxury environment
  • Excellent command of English language certified at Lower level
  • Strong people management skills
  • Problem solving skills and ability to work under pressure
  • Organizing skills and coordination ability
  • Analytical and attention to detail
  • Interpersonal communication skills, integrity and commitment
  • EU National or Resident of Greece
