We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as a strong problem-solving ability. You should also have a keen eye for detail and be able to multitask effectively.

What You Will Do:
  • Handle customer calls, emails, and chat with a sense of urgency and empathy.
  • Respond to pricing and product inquiries, order status, tracking inquiries, and order cancellations in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide promotion support by being knowledgeable about current promotions and new offers.
  • Handle account and billing issues, as well as order upselling, troubleshooting, fraud orders, and returns based on policy provided through training guidelines.
  • Exchanging ideas and solutions with colleagues.
  • Turning every customer into a happy customer.
