About the Role

We are seeking highly skilled Customer Support Representatives to join our Pandora team. As a Customer Support Representative, you will be responsible for handling calls, emails and chat with a sense of Dutch fluency, ensuring that every interaction is professional, empathetic and tailored to meet the needs of our customers.

  • Handle calls, emails and chat with a sense of Dutch fluency
  • Respond to pricing and product inquiries, order status, tracking inquiries and order cancellations
  • Provide and maintain strong, professional relationship with clients and show customer service empathy
  • Log calls/cases from customer into the customer relationship database, including shipping instructions
  • Track and follow cases to ensure they closed in an efficient and timely manner
Required Skills and Qualifications

To excel in this role, you will need to possess excellent command of Dutch, great communication & soft skills, as well as problem-solving skills. Additionally, you should have computer knowledge/tech savviness, ability to multitask and have strong interpersonal skills.
