About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide solutions and recommendations to customers
  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure seamless customer experiences
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills

Requirements
  • Excellent command of Spanish language
  • Good knowledge of English language
  • Great communication and problem-solving skills
  • Computer knowledge/tech savviness
  • Ability to multitask and have strong interpersonal skills
