Account Manager Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and providing exceptional customer service.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Proactively manage all post-sales customer communications, delivering high-quality support and comprehensive information across all aspects of insurance services.
  • Actively contribute to the performance and development of the assigned customer portfolio, with a focus on up-selling and cross-selling.
  • Negotiate policy renewals directly with customers and/or brokers, demonstrating strong understanding of contractual terms.
  • Focus on building long-term relationships, identify opportunities to grow existing accounts and support the generation of new business through a customer-centric and consultative approach.
  • Act as the main point of contact for customer and broker inquiries, resolving issues efficiently and professionally.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams (Underwriting, Sales, Claims) to ensure smooth policy management and quick resolution of pending matters.
  • Continuously build product and technical knowledge by working closely with the Product Expert and other team members.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Law is required to ensure understanding of contract terms and legal documentation.
  • Additional studies in Economics, Business, Finance, or Accounting will be considered a plus.
  • Solid experience in a relevant role in the Credit Insurance market. Alternatively, proven experience in the Factoring, Corporate Banking areas is required.
  • Exhibit high level of customer orientation and focus, prioritizing customer satisfaction.
  • Attention to detail, with the ability to work quickly and accurately, adapting to new insights.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, multitask effectively, and work under pressure.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills, both written and verbal, with fluency in English.
  • Maintain a positive attitude and foster cooperative interaction with all stakeholders.
