
Building Long-Term Customer Relationships

We are seeking a seasoned Account Manager to join our team.
The role will report to the Head of Sales and be responsible for building and maintaining long-term relationships with key customers to achieve sales and revenue goals.
This position requires a deep understanding of the customer's business, industry, and needs.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key B2B customers.
- Act as the main point of contact for key accounts and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Visit customers stores and arrange meetings to discuss topics regarding business flow, cooperation, targets, and growth plans.
- Develop customers' sales teams product knowledge and sales expertise through training seminars.
- Work towards achieving sales targets and KPIs.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, customer service, logistics, and project teams, to meet customer needs.
- Inform customers about present or future phase out products, successors, new portfolios.
- Maintain customer account receivables in cooperation with credit control. Communicate with customers about open payments.
- Provide customer technical support in daily business and projects working together with the project team and CSC.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with key customers.
- Ensure that contractual terms are favorable for both parties.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's degree, preferably in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or otherwise in Business Administration, Marketing, or a relevant field.
- Proven experience as an Account Manager, either in the lighting industry or building materials, or in the construction field.
- Ability to analyze data and draw meaningful insights.
- Negotiation and contract management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Time management and organizational skills.
