We're looking for someone to join our sales team as a Customer Success Account Manager. As a key player in our sales cycle, you'll be responsible for qualifying leads and initiating contact with potential customers. This role involves daily responsibilities such as prospecting, proactively engaging with existing accounts, qualifying opportunities, and closing deals. You will also have the opportunity to leverage your expertise to upsell and cross-sell to our valued clients, driving additional revenue and fostering long-term relationships.

Job Description
  • Proactively engage with book of business accounts to identify new business opportunities and grow existing relationships.
  • Qualify leads and initiate contact with potential customers through effective communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Cultivate and nurture long-term customer relationships by understanding their business objectives and advising them on how to achieve success.

You'll report to a Team Lead or Sales Manager and play an essential role in our sales cycle. Your daily responsibilities will encompass prospecting, proactively engaging with existing accounts, qualifying opportunities, and skillfully closing deals. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to leverage your expertise to upsell and cross-sell to our valued existing clients, driving additional revenue and fostering long-term relationships.

Key Responsibilities
