We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Representative to join our team. As a Business Development Representative, you will play a key role in driving new business through various outbound campaigns, building relationships with prospective customers, and identifying sales opportunities.
Your primary responsibility will be to lead generation and qualification, engaging with senior decision-makers to understand their needs and qualify them as potential customers. You will also conduct daily outbound calls and emails to engage with decision-makers, assess their needs, and close sales.
Key Responsibilities:- Proactively prospect small and medium-sized businesses via outbound calls and emails.
- Develop and execute territory action plans, identifying target companies and prospects.
- Engage in high-level conversations with senior decision-makers to understand their needs and qualify them as potential customers.
- Schedule meetings to pass on to other sales teams, aiming to meet or exceed monthly quotas.
- Research and expand existing and new accounts, handling objections effectively to qualify opportunities.
- Fluent in French with strong English language skills.
- Experience in outbound sales, B2B sales, or business development, ideally in the IT sector.
- Familiarity with cloud computing concepts is considered a plus, especially Cloud Platform solutions.
- Confident and engaging phone manner, with the ability to handle inbound and outbound calls.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Goal-driven, self-motivated, and proactive in achieving personal and team objectives.
