Business Growth Leader

We're looking for a seasoned professional to drive business growth and expansion across Greece, MENA, and Europe.

This pivotal role combines strategic thinking with creative sharpness, communications flair with digital acumen. You'll be responsible for identifying and converting new business opportunities, expanding our presence in target markets, and shaping partnerships that are bold, brave, and long-lasting.

You'll work closely with senior leadership, strategy, marketing, and creative units. Your tasks will include scoping opportunities, building proposals, leading client conversations, representing us in presentations and events, and overseeing the full digital funnel, from awareness to conversion.

If you're a self-driven professional with a track record in agency or consultancy environments, fluent in B2B services and able to spot the real brief behind the brief, we'd love to meet you.

  • Lead the firm's growth strategy, identifying opportunities and potential partners in key markets
  • Attend meetings (in-person and online) and represent us in a sharp, strategic, and engaging manner
  • Proactively bring in qualified leads and build relationships with prospects and partners
  • Oversee and optimise our digital funnel, collaborating with strategy and performance teams to align automation and content
  • Scope client needs, write proposals, and craft tailored solutions, this is a core skill and a key success factor for the role
  • Write thought leadership content (LinkedIn posts, articles, case studies) to build our visibility and credibility
  • Manage community building activities and communications
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure alignment in positioning, pricing, and project pipeline
  • Stay up-to-date with industry shifts, emerging technologies, and best practices in branding, digital, and communications

Requirements

We're looking for someone who combines commercial sharpness with storytelling skill and thrives in complex, creative environments.

The ideal candidate should have:

  • 5+ years of experience in business development, client services, or strategic growth roles
  • A background in consulting firms, creative/digital agencies, software houses, or B2B service-based startups
  • Proven success in scoping and converting complex B2B opportunities
  • Familiarity with CRM systems
  • Familiarity with lead gen tools
  • Familiarity with funnel automation platforms
  • Experience in crafting proposals, budgets, and presentations that win hearts and minds
  • An understanding of the consulting services landscape
  • An understanding of the creative and digital services landscape, from brand strategy and design to marketing and technology
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Greek
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Arabic is a plus
  • A collaborative spirit but also the confidence to take the lead and run with it
  • Availability to travel within Greece, MENA, and Europe as needed
  • Excellent presentation skills
