Job Description

We are seeking highly skilled and motivated individuals to join our team as Management Consultants. As a Management Consultant, you will be involved in large-scale projects for key players in various sectors, driving business growth and improvement.

Responsibilities include:

  • Gathering market data through database and internet searches, primary research, and commercial reports
  • Executing structured strategic and financial analyses for client projects and internal purposes
  • Analyzing financial and operational sectoral and company data
  • Supporting the preparation of client presentations and deliverables under the guidance of senior team members
  • MAPPING, BENCHMARKING AND OPTIMIZATION OF COMPANY STRUCTURES, PROCESSES, POLICIES, REPORTS AND KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS
  • Daily interaction with client staff
  • Planning and execution of project work packages under the guidance of senior team members
Requirements

To succeed in this role, candidates should possess:

  • A bachelor's degree from a leading institution in finance, economics, management, engineering, science, or mathematics
  • An MBA or other relevant graduate degree is highly desirable
  • Work or internship experience in consulting, business analysis, or finance roles will be greatly considered
  • Proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel (knowledge of MS Project, MS Access, MS Visio, or other process mapping/business intelligence software will be a plus)
  • Excellent analytic, quantitative, and structured problem-solving skills
  • Strong professional and interpersonal communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Outstanding command of English, both written and verbal
  • Energy, drive, professionalism, speed, reliability
  • A clear sense of accountability and good judgment
  • Ability to work efficiently and effectively in teams, collaborate with clients and colleagues
  • Rigorous attention to detail
  • Ability to conduct complex tasks and deliver professional results within tight deadlines
