Accounting Business Solutions Manager

Our organization is seeking an experienced professional to oversee the management of our accounting services. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in process improvement, team leadership and financial analysis.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance our accounting services
- Lead a team of professionals to achieve high-quality results
- Analyze financial data to identify areas for improvement
- Mentor junior staff members
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives
The successful candidate will possess:
- 7+ years of experience in a relevant role, preferably in a professional services firm
- Excellent academic records from a top-tier university
- Completion or final stage participation in a relevant professional qualification (CIMA, ACCA, ACA)
- Working knowledge of Power Query and Power BI
- Excellent computer skills, proficient user of MS Office
- Ability to express ideas verbally and in writing, in a clear, concise and professional manner
- A confident and positive attitude, focused on teamwork and communication
- Good coaching and mentoring skills for younger team members
- Ability and willingness to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
