
Global Enterprise Account Management Lead

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Account Manager to join our team and lead our efforts in the Enterprise Sector market. This role is pivotal in managing and growing our key enterprise accounts across various industries, ensuring the delivery of exceptional IT services and consulting solutions that meet our clients' needs.
Key Responsibilities- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships with key stakeholders across various industries.
- Identify opportunities to expand our services within existing enterprise accounts and secure new business across different sectors.
- Understand clients' business challenges and provide strategic IT solutions that deliver value and drive business outcomes.
- Collaborate with project managers and delivery teams to ensure successful implementation of solutions and customer satisfaction.
- Lead and orchestrate the entire sales cycle from proposal development to contracting, ensuring a seamless process and successful closure of deals.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and competitive landscape to provide informed recommendations to clients.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to the overall revenue growth of the company.
- Minimum experience of 5-7 years in solution selling and account management in the IT services or consulting industry, with a focus on managing enterprise accounts.
- Bachelor's degree in business, IT, or a related field; MBA or relevant advanced degree.
- Proven track record of managing and growing large accounts.
- Strong understanding of the telecom industry challenges and opportunities.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and influence decision-making.
- Strategic thinking with a customer-centric approach.
