Job Overview

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and developing assigned customer accounts, achieving sales targets, and strengthening long-term relationships with key clients in the designated market.

  • Achieve targeted business growth in line with the sales plan and budget for the assigned market.">
  • Develop and execute account plans for designated accounts.">
  • Strengthen relationships with key decision makers within managed accounts.">
  • Promote the Group's solutions to key stakeholders of assigned accounts, including delivering presentations and supporting tender responses in collaboration with Presales and Technical teams.">
  • Ensure the delivery of superior customer service to managed accounts.">
  • Design the annual sales plan with the support of the Sales Manager and expand the customer database to maximise returns.">
  • Prepare and submit regular reports to the Sales Manager and Management, including sales forecasts.

Key Responsibilities

">Required Skills and Qualifications
  • ">
  • University degree in Management Information Systems, Telecommunications & Computer Communication, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.">
  • Minimum 5 years of experience managing accounts within the Enterprise market (experience in Telco will be considered a plus).">
  • Excellent communication skills.">
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong, trusting customer relationships.">
  • Team-oriented and comfortable working with people at all levels.
