The role will be responsible for overseeing all financial operations of the business, unifying company reporting across countries, providing strategic financial guidance to the CEO and the Board, and ensuring long-term financial sustainability of the company.

The key responsibilities include:

  • Lead the finance, accounting, and payroll functions
  • Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with the company's goals
  • Prepare the company for future fundraising rounds, including financial modelling and investor communications
  • Oversee financial forecasting, budgeting, and reporting
  • Monitor cash flow, investments, and capital structure
  • Support the CEO and executive team on strategic initiatives
  • Manage relationships with investors, auditors, regulators, and financial institutions
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards
  • Develop and track key financial KPIs to support data-driven decision-making
  • Drive efficiency and automation in financial processes

The ideal candidate should have a proven track record as a CFO, Finance Director or similar role. A strong background in corporate finance, accounting and financial planning is required. An ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent professional qualification is desirable. Exceptional leadership and communication skills are essential for this position.
