Key Roles and Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be a seasoned Business Analyst with expertise in strategic reporting, cross-functional collaboration, revenue modeling, and scalable innovation. Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and maintaining dashboards and reporting frameworks to provide actionable insights for executive leadership and operational teams.
  • Partnering with teams across Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Leadership to align on goals, execute growth strategies, and measure impact in real-time.
  • Building economic models to evaluate revenue streams, identify growth opportunities, and guide resource allocation decisions that directly impact business growth and success.
  • Driving scalable solutions that support the company's mission to transform urban living across cities worldwide.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in a Business Analyst or related role in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • A Bachelor's degree from a reputable university in Business, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Advanced Excel skills and strong command of data analysis.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and persuade.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and solutions-focused with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in SQL, Google Sheets, or data visualization tools is a plus.
