About this role:

We are seeking an experienced Enablement Leader to join our growing team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and executing a unified enablement strategy that supports the full revenue organization across all GTM roles.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of implementing sales methodologies and designing technical enablement programs for sales or customer-facing teams. You will be comfortable leading sessions from onboarding to leadership coaching and have experience managing complex projects, setting priorities, and driving measurable outcomes.

You will collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, Operations, and RevOps to deliver consistent, scalable, and measurable enablement initiatives aligned with revenue goals. Key responsibilities include designing and owning the enablement strategy, leading the adoption of the SPICED sales methodology, creating and managing technical training programs, building onboarding programs, delivering regular coaching and skill-based sessions, and collaborating with Product Marketing and RevOps to develop and maintain battlecards and resources.

This is a strategic, high-impact role that requires a collaborative, growth-oriented mindset with the ability to work across departments and hierarchies. The successful candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in enablement, sales leadership, customer success, or a GTM training function, preferably in a SaaS environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven experience implementing sales methodologies such as MEDDIC, SPIN, or SPICED
  • Experience designing technical enablement programs for sales or customer-facing teams
  • Exceptional facilitation and communication skills, comfortable leading sessions from onboarding to leadership coaching
  • Ability to manage complex projects, set priorities, and drive measurable outcomes
  • Familiarity with sales tech stacks including LMS platforms, HubSpot, Gong, and enablement tools
  • A collaborative, growth-oriented mindset with the ability to work across departments and hierarchies
