Role overview:

We are hiring a Head of Sales Enablement to build and lead a unified enablement function across our Sales, Customer Success, Channel, and Business Development teams. This is a strategic, high-impact role focused on driving onboarding ramp speed, sales productivity, and ongoing competency development, leveraging frameworks such as SPICED (Solution, Pain, Impact, Critical Event, Decision) and our internal "Fit to Pitch" technical training.

This role will collaborate cross functionally with Marketing, Product, Operations, and RevOps to deliver consistent, scalable, and measurable enablement initiatives aligned with revenue goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and Own the Enablement Strategy: Develop and execute a unified enablement strategy that supports the full revenue organisation across all GTM roles.
  • SPICED Competency Rollout: Lead the adoption of the SPICED sales methodology through structured learning paths, certifications, coaching, and performance reinforcement.
  • Fit to Pitch Technical Enablement: Create and manage a technical training program ensuring all client-facing teams can confidently demo, position, and troubleshoot the Yodeck platform.
  • Onboarding Excellence: Build onboarding programs that accelerate time-to-productivity for Sales, Success, BDR, and Channel roles.
  • Ongoing Training and Development: Deliver regular coaching, skill-based sessions, and knowledge refreshers tailored to career stage and role type.
  • Sales Playbooks and Resources: Collaborate with Product Marketing and RevOps to develop and maintain battlecards, objection-handling guides, talk tracks, demo scripts, and competitive intelligence.
  • Performance Measurement: Define and track enablement KPIs such as ramp time, certification completion, win rates, and productivity metrics.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner closely with GTM leadership, Marketing, Product, and RevOps to align enablement initiatives with campaigns, launches, and strategic priorities.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in enablement, sales leadership, customer success, or a GTM training function, preferably in a SaaS environment.
  • Proven experience implementing sales methodologies such as MEDDIC, SPIN, or SPICED.
  • Experience designing technical enablement programs for sales or customer-facing teams.
  • Exceptional facilitation and communication skills, comfortable leading sessions from onboarding to leadership coaching.
  • Ability to manage complex projects, set priorities, and drive measurable outcomes.
  • Familiarity with sales tech stacks including LMS platforms (Seismic), HubSpot, Gong, and enablement tools.
  • A collaborative, growth-oriented mindset with the ability to work across departments and hierarchies
