We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Deal Desk Administrator to oversee and

optimize the quote-to-contract process. In this critical role, you will provide sales support,

manage deal approvals, validate pricing and contract terms, and collaborate cross-functionally

to drive efficient and compliant deal execution. You will serve as a trusted advisor to Sales and

partner closely with Revenue Operations, Finance, and Legal teams to enable scalable

processes, enhance sales velocity, and ensure financial and operational compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and continuously improve deal desk workflows, approval processes, and operational metrics to enhance efficiency and consistency.
  • Review, validate, and approve pricing strategies, discounting, contract terms, and customer agreements ensuring profitability and compliance with internal policies.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Legal, Finance, Product, and Revenue teams to structure, negotiate, and finalize complex deals.
  • Provide guidance and training to sales teams on deal structuring, quoting, contract options, and revenue recognition policies.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation on pricing policies, deal structuring, approval flows. and operational best practices.
  • Oversee the full lifecycle of deals from initial approval through execution and renewal, maintaining SLAs and operational standards.
  • Utilize CRM, CPQ, Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) systems, and ERP tools to monitor deal progress and process sales agreements efficiently.
  • Lead initiatives to streamline deal desk operations, improve data quality, and enhance cross-department collaboration.
  • Manage escalation and resolution of complex deal-related issues and contractual questions.
  • Represent Deal Desk in sales reviews and meetings, and partner with Sales Enablement to deliver relevant training and documentation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in deal management, sales operations, revenue operations, or a related role in a fast-paced, B2B SaaS or technology environment.
  • Strong understanding of quote-to-cash, contract management, and pricing strategy principles; basic understanding of revenue recognition preferred.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred), CPQ tools, Contract Lifecycle Management platforms, and ERP systems.
  • Excellent analytical, negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment and work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proven ability to develop scalable processes and lead cross-functional projects.
  • Familiarity with direct and channel sales models is a plus.
  • Customer-focused with a collaborative approach and strong business acumen.
