Building Relationships Through Exceptional Customer Service

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for managing inbound calls, emails, or live chats, identifying and assessing customers' needs to achieve satisfaction.
You will build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication, providing accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools. Additionally, you will meet personal/customer service team targets and call handling quotas, keeping records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents.
To succeed in this role, you must have a proven track record of customer support experience or experience as a client service representative. You should also be fluent in Czech, with a good level of English. Strong communication, problem-solving, and active listening skills are essential, as well as strong written skills and ability to multitask, prioritize, and thrive in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.

Requirements:
- Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
- Fluent in Czech
- Good level of English
- Strong focus on customer needs and understanding of how customers can behave
- Strong communication, problem-solving and active listening skills
- Strong written skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and thrive in a fast-paced and target-driven environment
