Exceptional Customer Service Specialist Needed

This role is ideal for a customer-focused individual who can communicate effectively in Dutch and provide exceptional support to clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage inbound calls, emails, or live chats with customers
Assess customer needs and provide solutions to achieve satisfaction
Build relationships of trust through open and interactive communication
Provide accurate and complete information to customers
Meet customer service team targets and call-handling quotas
Keep records of customer interactions and process customer accounts
Requirements:
Proven experience in customer support or client service
Fluent in Dutch
Good level of English
Strong focus on customer needs and understanding of how customers behave
Strong communication, problem-solving, and active listening skills
Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
